Situated just a short 20-minute commute from New York City, the practice focuses exclusively on providing exceptional anesthesia services for a diverse range of outpatient surgical procedures, including orthopedic, pain management, spine, and podiatry procedures. Opportunity:
The practice has immediate part-time and full-time CRNA job openings dedicated to outpatient surgery cases, including orthopedics, pain management, spine, and podiatry procedures. This is a fantastic lifestyle position with a Monday through Friday schedule and no call, no nights, and no weekends. This opportunity offers excellent work-life integration within a focused outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for various outpatient surgical procedures, including ortho, pain management, spine, and podiatry cases.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the outpatient setting.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Strong clinical skills in managing anesthesia for the specified outpatient surgical cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $280,000 – $300,000 per year (commensurate with experience) for full-time positions. Part-time compensation will be competitive and pro-rated.
