About the Practice:
An established and respected private anesthesia group in the Phoenix area, Arizona is seeking skilled CRNAs for both full-time and part-time positions. The practice delivers high-quality anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties and promotes a professional environment centered around autonomy and clinical excellence.
Opportunity:
Openings are available for full-time and part-time CRNAs to work independently on a wide variety of cases, including orthopedics, regional, spine, thoracic, GYN, urology, and GI. The position is fully autonomous, with CRNAs managing 100% of their own cases. The call schedule is minimal, and providers receive a post-call day off to support a healthy work-life balance. A part-time float position is also available.
Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a diverse range of surgical procedures including Ortho, Regional, spine, thoracic, GYN, urology, GI cases.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Participate in a low call schedule with a post-call day off.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage anesthesia for the specified range of surgical cases.
Proficiency in a variety of anesthetic techniques, including general and regional anesthesia.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:
Full-Time:
Compensation: $330,000 annually on a 1099 basis.
Time Off: Eight (8) weeks off per year.
Sign-On Bonus: To be discussed later.
Part-Time Float:
Compensation: $225 per hour.
Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available for the float position.
