About the Practice:
A medical facility in the Charlotte North Carolina area is seeking experienced CRNAs for autonomous part-time positions focused exclusively on providing anesthesia for gastrointestinal (GI) procedures. The facility emphasizes efficiency and a collaborative environment, allowing CRNAs to practice independently.
Opportunity:
The facility has immediate part-time CRNA openings requiring coverage 3–4 days per week, with the possibility of ongoing Friday coverage as well. This is an exceptional opportunity for fully autonomous practice with no medical supervision, no call responsibilities, and no night or weekend shifts. Typical workdays are from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM, depending on the day, averaging 6–8 hours. The daily case load is typically 10–14, with most days concluding before 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a high volume of gastrointestinal (GI) procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with gastroenterologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). 1
Experienced CRNAs only.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical judgments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Per Diem Rate: $1,400 per day with an (8) hour guarantee.
