About the Practice:
A well-established and highly respected private anesthesia practice in the Phoenix, Arizona area is seeking motivated CRNAs for a full-time position at a Level 1 Trauma Center. The practice is committed to providing exceptional anesthesia care across a wide spectrum of complex surgical cases in a collaborative and autonomous environment.
Opportunity:
There is immediate full-time CRNA opening offering fully autonomous case management at a Level 1 Trauma Center. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a great variety of cases, including trauma, neuro, ortho, regional, general, with OB being optional. The position offers a schedule that promotes work-life balance with no first-call responsibilities and home call with a post-call day off.
Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a diverse and complex patient population, including Level 1 trauma cases.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Proficiently administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care utilizing advanced techniques and modalities.
Continuously monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical conditions.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Participate in a home call schedule with a post-call day off (never first call).
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a high-acuity setting.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage anesthesia for a wide variety of complex surgical cases, including trauma.
Proficiency in advanced regional anesthesia techniques is highly desirable.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:
Full-Time:
Compensation: Around $340,000 annually on a 1099 basis.
Time Off: Eleven (11) weeks off per year.
Sign-On Bonus: TBD
Part-Time (float position):
Compensation: It is set at $225/hour. 4 days per week.
No call position.
