About the Practice:
A well-respected and established practice in Fairbanks, Alaska, is seeking an experienced CRNA for a part-time or full time autonomous position. The practice focuses on providing high-quality care at an outpatient surgery center, covering a variety of cases, including orthopedics, ophthalmology, neuro, ENT, colonoscopies, and more.
Opportunity:
We have an immediate part-time and full time CRNA opening. This is an autonomous role, covering a variety of cases as mentioned. Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a flexible schedule; no call, no nights, and no weekends!
Responsibilities:
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the outpatient setting.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Alaska (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Strong clinical skills and 1 the ability to independently manage anesthesia for the specified range of outpatient surgical cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical judgments.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:
Locums, Part-Time, & Full-Time:
Hourly Rate: $220 per hour on a 1099 basis.
Employment Options: 1099 contractor or W2 employee status available.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, no call, no nights, no weekends. Flexible part-time and full-time options available.
