About the Practice:
A well-established private anesthesia practice in the Phoenix, Arizona area is seeking motivated CRNAs for full-time and part-time positions within a busy Orthopedic department. The practice is committed to providing high-quality anesthesia services in a collaborative and autonomous environment.

Opportunity:
Immediate full-time and part-time CRNA openings are available, offering 100% autonomous case management. Cases include orthopedic surgery, regional blocks, general surgery, endoscopy, urology, GYN, spine, and GI procedures. No OB cases. The schedule features a low call rotation with a post-call day off. A part-time float position is also available.

Responsibilities:

Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a diverse range of surgical procedures.
Proficiently perform regional anesthesia blocks.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Participate in a low call schedule with a post-call day off.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Strong clinical skills and 1 the ability to independently manage anesthesia for the specified range of surgical cases.
Demonstrated proficiency in performing a variety of regional anesthesia blocks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical judgments.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-Time:

Compensation: $330,000 annually on a 1099 basis.
Time Off: 7-8 weeks off per year.
Sign-On Bonus: TBD
Part-Time (Float position):

Compensation: $225 per hour.
Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available for the float position. No call.
