Opportunity

This is a premier daytime-only opening for a Full-Time Anesthesiologist, with flexible Part-Time options also available. Designed for those seeking a true work-life balance, the position offers a flexible 35–40 hour work week with NO call, no nights, and no weekends. You will manage a diverse and engaging case mix in a high-functioning setting, making this an ideal role for a physician who wants a predictable schedule without sacrificing professional variety.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia services for a caseload including GI, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and GU.
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques, as proficiency in blocks is required for this position.
• Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Monitor patients intraoperative to ensure safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
• Oversee post-operative recovery and ensure patients meet all discharge criteria.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and nursing staff to maintain efficient room turnover.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA) in Anesthesiology.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong proficiency in performing regional blocks is required.
• Experience or comfort with pediatric cases is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to team-based patient care.

• Annual Salary: $350,000+ (commensurate with experience).
