The schedule is uniquely designed for work-life balance, offering a flexible 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation, which effectively provides 17 weeks of time off per year. Responsibilities

• Clinical Scope: Manage your own cases independently across ORs and an Endoscopy suite.
• Case Mix: Provide anesthesia for OB, Ortho, General, GI, GYN, and Peds ENT.
• Patient Management: Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Call Rotation: Participate in a structured rotation:
  • Week 1: M/W/F/S/Su call.
  • Week 2: T/Th call.
  • Week 3: OFF.
• Safety: Monitor patient vitals intraoperatively and oversee safe recovery and emergence.

Qualifications

• Certification: Current certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA (or eligibility for SRNAs).
• Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse license and APRN recognition in the State of Iowa.
• Skill Set: Strong clinical skills with the desire to practice independently in a community setting.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
