About the Practice:

A dynamic and established group in the vibrant Dallas, Texas area is seeking experienced and highly motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for autonomous part-time and full-time positions within their busy surgery center specializing in pain management cases. The group is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia for interventional pain procedures in an efficient and independent practice environment.

Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs to practice 100% autonomously in a dedicated pain management surgery center. The position focuses specifically on anesthesia for pain cases, offering a consistent and specialized workload. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, providing flexibility for experienced professionals. A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a CRNA is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for a variety of interventional pain management procedures.
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
  • Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort and stability throughout procedures.
  • Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) specific to pain management recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  • Adhere to all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate effectively with pain management physicians and other surgical team members.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Valid and unrestricted Texas RN license (or eligible for licensure).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a practicing CRNA is required.
  • Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage a high volume of cases efficiently.
  • Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for pain management procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • For part-time positions, the group is offering a competitive hourly rate of $195 per hour.
