Responsibilities

• Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural cases including OB, healthy peds, and regional.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively.
• Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and adhere to all practice protocols.
• Share in a 1:7 call schedule with a post-call day off. OB call is part of the rotation, with an average call-in frequency of once every three call shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Valid and unrestricted Indiana RN license (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong clinical skills in general, OB, pediatric, and regional anesthesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SRNAs in good standing are encouraged to apply.
