Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-Time General Anesthesiologist to join our established team. This role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys a diverse caseload and values a structured, sustainable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad and engaging B&B caseload.
• Provide anesthesia for a variety of specialties, including OB, Vascular, Neuro, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and Regional.
• Perform and oversee regional anesthesia techniques to support an active surgical service.
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop customized anesthetic plans for a diverse patient population.
• Participate in a 1:8 call rotation (with occasional weekends) and benefit from a guaranteed day off after your call shift.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical and nursing team to ensure efficient and safe patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA) in Anesthesiology.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the State of Michigan (or eligibility for licensure).
• New Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia and comfort with a diverse case mix.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a “team player” mentality suitable for a private practice setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $575,000 on a W-2 basis.
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000.
