Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality anesthesia for a wide variety of B&B cases including Orthopedics, Urology, OB, and Pediatrics.
  • Focus on a diverse case mix tailored to the needs of the local surgical community (excludes neuro, cardiac, and vascular).
  • Participate in a shared 1:7 call schedule that prioritizes physician wellness with post-call days off.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and manage intraoperative care for a broad patient demographic.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient facility throughput.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology.
  • Valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania (or eligibility).
  • Proficiency in a broad range of B&B cases, including comfort with pediatric and obstetric anesthesia.
