This is an elite opening for an Anesthesiologist to manage a broad range of B&B cases, including OB, orthopedics, regional anesthesia, and outpatient surgery. Notably, the practice focuses on a stimulating case mix while specifically excluding cardiac and trauma cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural cases including OB and healthy peds.
• Conduct thorough pre-operative patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia safely, utilizing modern techniques for outpatient and orthopedic cases.
• Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
• Collaborate effectively with a team of surgeons and fellow anesthesiologists.
• Participate in the 1:8 call rotation with built-in recovery time.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic clinical records.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABA) in Anesthesiology.
• Valid and unrestricted Ohio medical license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong clinical skills in general, OB, and regional anesthesia.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
