About the Practice

An established, premier private anesthesia and pain medicine group operating throughout the greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania metropolitan area is seeking a motivated, patient-centric Interventional Pain Management Physician to join their expanding team. The practice is dedicated to delivering advanced, evidence-based acute and chronic pain relief solutions. Fostering a high-efficiency outpatient culture, the group provides its clinical staff with state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies, fluoroscopic procedure suites, and dedicated administrative support to ensure seamless patient care pathways and exceptional functional outcomes.

Opportunity

This is a premier, full-time opportunity for an ambitious physician looking to step into a thriving private practice model with an immediate, mature referral stream. The position focuses exclusively on 100% outpatient interventional pain management cases, avoiding complex long-term medication management in favor of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic blocks.

To actively protect provider health and prevent industry burnout, this role features a highly desirable lifestyle schedule with absolutely no call, no nights, and no weekends required.

While Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) fellowship-trained physicians are preferred to complement the practice’s comprehensive rehabilitative philosophy, Anesthesiology-trained pain physicians are welcome and highly encouraged to apply.

Whether you are seeking reliable corporate health tracks over rigid hospital boundaries via Pennsylvania jobs, evaluating the regional marketplace for stable private practices via jobs in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, or utilizing highly localized geographic searches to find premium pain management physicians near me, this Western Pennsylvania opening provides the ultimate professional combination of elite financial reward, autonomous clinical tracking, and absolute lifestyle preservation.

  • Clinical Focus: 100% dedicated outpatient interventional pain medicine.
  • Core Schedule: Structured daylight hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Perform a high volume of image-guided interventional procedures with technical precision, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, sacroiliac joint injections, and joint injections.
  • Evaluate patient progress systematically post-procedure, safely managing non-opioid pharmacological profiles and coordinating physical therapy or alternative rehabilitation tracks.
  • Maintain complete, meticulous, and legally compliant electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with practice policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively and maintain excellent professional communication with referring primary care physicians, orthopedic spine surgeons, and allied health staff.

Qualifications
