Clinical Focus: Full-spectrum Interventional Pain Management, including high-acuity cases.
Procedural Scope: Radiofrequency Ablations (RFAs), joint and spine injections, and Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) implants.

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and interventional treatment for patients presenting with acute, chronic, and complex high-acuity pain conditions.
Perform a wide variety of advanced fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures, including:
Radiofrequency Ablations (RFAs / neurotomy)
Epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, and nerve blocks
Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) trials and permanent lead/generator implants
Conduct thorough pre-procedural assessments, review advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray), and establish individualized multi-modal treatment plans.
Oversee patient recovery, manage medication therapy responsibly, and evaluate long-term interventional outcomes.
Maintain complete, detailed, and compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation.
Collaborate closely with referring primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and physical therapy providers across the DFW community.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Residency.
Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship.
Board Certification or active Board Eligibility in Pain Medicine by the ABA or ABPMR.
Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
Active Federal DEA registration and Texas Controlled Substances registration.
Proficiency in advanced interventional pain procedures, including RFAs, spinal injections, and SCS techniques.
