A highly reputable and established private practice located in the Finger Lakes region of central upstate New York is seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist to join their team on a full-time basis. Opportunity:

This is an excellent full-time opportunity for an Anesthesiologist to practice a diverse array of B&B cases. The position offers a manageable call schedule of 1:9, ensuring a reasonable work-life balance. Responsibilities:

• Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of Bread & Butter surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct thorough pre-operative patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively.
• Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, other anesthesiologists, and the broader healthcare team.
• Participate in the 1:9 call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Valid and unrestricted New York medical license (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong clinical skills in general anesthesia for a variety of B&B cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Residents who are nearing completion of their training are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The practice is offering a competitive salary of $550,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
