  • Case Scope: OB, peds, ortho, vascular, GI, and outpatient surgery (B&B focus).
  • Alternative Track: Dedicated position available for GI cases only.

  • Experience Level: Open to experienced CRNAs and final-year SRNAs.
  • Status: Open to full-time and locum tenens placement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and manage safe anesthesia care for a variety of surgical, procedural, and obstetrical cases.
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
  • Monitor patient vital signs closely intraoperatively to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Oversee patient recovery and safe emergence within the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and complete clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia and current national certification by the NBCRNA (or exam eligibility for graduating SRNAs).
  • Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in the state of West Virginia (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
  • Strong clinical skills across general surgery, OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, vascular, and GI cases.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented professional skills.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Positions

  • Annual Salary: $239,000+ on a W-2 basis.
