Key Responsibilities

  • Perform initial medical evaluations, diagnostic workups, and continuous care management for outpatient interventional pain patients.
  • Administer interventional pain procedures safely including facet joint injections, trigger point injections, and spinal cord stimulation.
  • Develop tailored, multi-modal pain treatment plans combining procedural care, physical therapy, and conservative medical management.
  • Maintain complete and compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation for all clinical encounters.
  • Participate actively in practice development, quality assurance, and partnership growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Residency Program in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
  • Successful completion of an accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted Washington State Medical License (or eligible to obtain prior to start).
  • Active Federal DEA registration with Washington prescriptive authority.
  • Current or incoming Pain Fellows are eligible if they are specifically relocating to or currently living in Seattle.
