Responsibilities

• Manage a robust caseload of interventional pain cases in an outpatient setting.
• Perform high-volume procedures including Radiofrequency Ablations (RFA), Spinal Cord Stimulator trials/implants, Epidurals, and Joint Injections.
• Conduct EMGs and diagnostic evaluations to develop comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the in-house team of NPs and fellow physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Physician Residency Requirement: Strictly PM&R-trained (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation). Note: Anesthesia-based pain candidates will not be considered for this specific opening.
• Fellowship: Completion of (or currently enrolled in) an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship.
• Licensure: Valid, unrestricted license to practice in the State of New York.
• Clinical Skills: Strong procedural skills and a commitment to evidence-based interventional pain management.
