About the Practice

An established, highly regarded private anesthesiology practice based in Seattle, Washington is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to provide comprehensive perioperative care for specialized pediatric dental cases. Operating within the vibrant Pacific Northwest healthcare landscape, this progressive practice focuses on providing safe, compassionate, and high-efficiency anesthesia services in a modern, collaborative office-based setting. The group prides itself on fostering an optimal environment for patient safety and clinical excellence, working side-by-side with leading local pediatric dental specialists to deliver specialized care to children in the community.

Opportunity

An exceptional, highly flexible career opportunity is available for an adaptable Anesthesiologist looking to join a premier dental anesthesia team in the Seattle metropolitan area. This position accommodates a variety of professional goals, offering both full-time and part-time contract arrangements with a highly structured, predictable daytime schedule.

The clinical focus is entirely centered on pediatric dental anesthesia care lines, managing a consistent caseload of 5 to 10 cases per day. Critically, no Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship is required for this role; the group welcomes board-certified or board-eligible general anesthesiologists who are highly proficient in pediatric airway management and comfortable working with children.

The schedule operates Tuesdays through Fridays most weeks, providing a highly desirable three-day weekend by default. For physicians seeking part-time flexibility, options are available to work as few as 2 to 3 days per week, with predictable daily commitments spanning 6 to 8-hour days.

Whether you are evaluating advanced local compensation benchmarks via national anesthesiologists salary indices or actively tracking premium independent contractor roles through Washington state jobs or jobs in Seattle Washington portals, this Pacific Northwest position provides elite schedule control alongside an outstanding earning structure.
