Opportunity

This is a premier opening for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a thriving team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. Designed for maximum flexibility, the practice offers multiple shift options including (3) 12s, (4) 10s, or (5) 8s, allowing you to tailor your workweek to your lifestyle. With absolutely no call, no nights, and no weekends, you can enjoy predictable schedules and guaranteed time off. The clinical focus is on a diverse mix of B&B  cases, including regional anesthesia and orthopedics. SRNAs are welcome to apply, as the group is committed to mentoring the next generation of providers in a high-tech outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a steady caseload of  B&B cases, Orthopedics, and general outpatient surgery.
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques and blocks, or demonstrate a willingness to be trained in these areas.
• Conduct pre-operative patient screenings and develop customized anesthetic plans.
• Monitor patient vitals intraoperatively and manage anesthetic depth to ensure safety and comfort.
• Supervise emergence and oversee the transition to post-operative recovery for same-day discharge.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary surgical team in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in the state of Illinois (or eligibility for licensure).
• National certification by the NBCRNA.
• SRNAs are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Experience or strong interest in Regional and Orthopedic anesthesia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary for SRNAs: $230,000.
• Salary for Experienced CRNAs: $260,000+ (commensurate with experience).
• Schedule Options: Choice of (3) 12-hour, (4) 10-hour, or (5) 8-hour shifts.
